ずにはいられない — “can't help but do, can't resist doing”
Says an urge is so strong that holding back from acting on it is impossible
Verb's negative-stem (nai-form minus ない) + ずにはいられない says an impulse or emotion is so strong that the speaker (or subject) cannot stop themselves from acting on it — “can't help but do X.” する becomes the irregular せずにはいられない, matching the same pattern as ざるを得ない.

Watch out
ずにはいられない is about an internal emotional or physical urge overpowering self-control — it's not about external circumstances forcing an action, which is what ざるを得ない (no real choice given the situation) covers instead.
