を込めて — “with (feeling) put into it”
Says an action was done while pouring a specific emotion or intention into it
Noun + を込めて says an action was carried out while investing a specific feeling or intention into it — “putting X into it,” most often with 心 (heart), 愛 (love), 感謝 (gratitude), or 願い (a wish). It turns an ordinary action into a meaningful, intentional one.

Watch out
を込めて needs an abstract feeling as its object (心, 愛, 感謝, 願い) — it doesn't work with concrete physical objects; “荷物を込めて運ぶ” is not a valid use of this pattern.
