せいか — “maybe because…, perhaps due to…”
A tentative guess at a cause, softer and less certain than せいで
せいか (noun+の, or plain form) proposes a possible cause for something without full confidence — “maybe it's because of X, but…”. Unlike せいで, which states the cause as blame, せいか hedges: the speaker isn't sure this is really the reason.
How to form it

Watch out
せいか keeps the negative-cause flavor of せいで but softens it into a guess — for a neutral, confident cause with no blame at all, ため or から is the better choice.
