も構わず(もかまわず) — “without caring about, heedless of”
Says an action was carried out while ignoring a fact that would normally give someone pause
Noun + も構わず says an action was carried out while disregarding something that would normally make a person hesitate — rain, danger, other people's opinions — “without caring about X.” It highlights that the subject pushed through despite an obvious reason to stop.

Watch out
も構わず needs a clear thing being disregarded (danger, appearance, other people's reaction) — it doesn't work as a generic “did X anyway”; there must be a specific obstacle or social norm the subject is visibly ignoring.
