からすれば — “from the standpoint of, judging from”
Frames a judgment as based specifically on one person's viewpoint or one piece of evidence
Noun + からすれば (or からすると) frames the statement that follows as a judgment made specifically from that standpoint — “looking at it from X's perspective…” or “judging from X…”. It's close to にとって, but からすれば leans more toward a reasoned judgment or inference than a simple personal feeling.

Watch out
からすれば points to a specific standpoint or piece of evidence behind a judgment — for a plain emotional stance without that reasoning angle, にとって is usually the more natural choice.
